A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS GRANTING
TO SERVCO FLEET, 1075 WEST REDLANDS BOULEVARD, REDLANDS , CALIFORNIA,
A FRANCHISE TO OPERATE AUTHORIZED TOW-TRUCKS OVER, ALONG AND UPON
THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, AND TO OPERATE AUTHORIZED
STORAGE GARAGES FOR IMPOUNDED OR STORED VEHICLES IN THE CITY OF
REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as
follows :
SECTION ONE: Under the provisions of Section Nineteen,
Ordinance No . 1425 of the City of Redlands , the City Council
hereby grants to :
SERVCO FLEET
1075 West Redlands Boulevard
Redlands , California
a franchise to operate authorized tow-trucks over , along and upon
the streets of the City of Redlands , and to operate authorized
storage garages for impounded or stored vehicles in the City of
Redlands.
SECTION TWO: The term of this franchise shall be for a
period of ten (10) years , commencing May 8 , 1985 and terminating
on May 7 , 1995 .
SECTION THREE : The rules and regulations prescribed in
Ordinance No. 1425 shall govern the operation of the franchise .
SECTION FOUR: The granting of this franchise is conditional
upon Servco Fleet filing within ten (10) days , with the City
Clerk, City of Redlands , a written acceptance thereof , and an
agreement to comply with the terms and conditions of Ordinance
No. 1425 .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of May, 1985 ..

I wish to continue my franchise to tow for the redlands Police Dept .
I have a fenced storage area at 1075 W. Redlands Blvd. Which is
lite and secured .
I have two sling back tow trucks and a slide back wrecker Iam in the
process of building a larger tow truck to handle diesle trucks.
Iam an agent for National and Allstate Auto Clubs I also do towing
for several insurance companies.
Iam. avaiable 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
I hereby agree to the conditions of the franchise and agree to comply
with the terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 1425 . <
