A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS GRANTING
TO STAN'S TOWING SERVICE, 1075 LEST REDLANDS BOULEVARD, REDLANDS,
CALIFORNIA, A FRANCHISE TO OPERATE AUTHORIZED TONT--TRUCKS OVER,
ALONG AND UPON THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, AND TO OPERATE
AUTHORIZED STORAGE GARAGES FOR IMPOUNDED OR STORED VEHICLES IN THE
CITY OF REDLANDS
THE CI'T'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS FOL-
LOWS :
SECTION ONE: Under the provisions of Section. Nineteen, Ordi-
nance No. 1425 of the City of Redlands, the City Council hereby
grants to:
Stan' s Towing Service
1075 West Redlands Boulevard
Redlands, California
a franchise to operate authorized tow-trucks over, along and upon
the streets of the City of Redlands, and to operate authorized
storage garages for impounded or stored vehicles in the City of
Redlands .
SECTION TWO: The term of this franchise shall be for a ,period
of ten (10) years, commencing April 15, 1975 and terminating on
April 14, 1985.
SECTION THREE: The rules and regulations prescribed in Ordi-
nance No. 1425 shall govern the operation of the franchise,
SECTION FOUR: The granting of this franchise is conditional
upon Stan' s Towing Service filing within ten (10) days, with the
City Clerk, City of Redlands, a written acceptance thereof, and an
agreement to comply with the terms and conditions of Ordinance No.
1425.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of November, 1975 .
