RESOLUTION OF THE CITE'' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
APPROVING FREEWAY AGREE160T WITH RESPECT TO STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 26
BETWEEN SAID CITY AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented a Freeway Agreement
in connection with State Highway Route 26 within the City of Redlands
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereof, together with the map
thereto attached;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of
Redlands that said agreement for said Freeway for said State Highway
be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk
are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
