HomeMy WebLinkAbout3759_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 3759 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, REVISING RESOLUTION NO. 3755 AND AUTHORIZING THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS (SCAG) TO ALLOCATE SB-325 FUNDS TO OMNITRANS FOR TRANSIT SERVICES AND TO CLAIM SB-325 ROADS AND HIGHWAY FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF REDLANDS WHEREAS, OMNITRANS is providing public transit services in the San Bernardino County; and WHEREAS, the City of Redlands ' share of the cost of the system as reflected in the budget for the bus routes and services for the fiscal year July 1, 1981 through June 30, 1982 have been determined to be $217, 739 . 00; WHEREAS, the City of Redlands ' allocation of SB-325 funds has been determined to be $606, 883. 00; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands authorizes the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) to assign $217 , 739. 00 of SB-325 funds for the 1981-82 fiscal year to OMNITRANS for public transit service within the City of Redlands and claims the remainder of $389 ,144 . 00 for the City of Redlands ' roads and highway use under Article 8 of SB-325; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the approval of the assignment of the funds to OMNITRANS makes OMNITRANS fully responsible and accountable for such funds.
