WHEREAS, memorandums: of agreement will be presented
during the year to be entered' into with tine State of California
in accordance with project statements submitted by the City of

THER&FORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Redlands that the .Mayor -, the City Manager of the City
of Redlands be, and they are hereby, authorized to sign and exe-
cute for and on behalf of the City of Redlands all agreements with
the State of California providing for the expenditure of the gas
tax allocation to cities for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1951,
including expenditures for engineering costa and administrative
expenses pursuant to Section 2107. 5 of the streets and Highways

cution by the authorized officials of the 6tate ; and that a. certi-
fied coi)y of this resolution be attached to each and every agree-
ment signed by the Mayor and City fianager as above outlined.
