A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THIIE CITY OF REDLANDS
FOR ADOPT10N OF AKENDMESTT NO, IN
12 TO THE GENERAL PLAN
Whereas the Planning Com mission of the Citv of Redlands has pre-
pared an amendment to the General -k-lian and adopted such amendment in
Resolution R.P,C. No. 322 after holding a nubilc hearing upon notice in
accordance with the Government Code o_` the State of Cali-'-
and
WHEREAS Resolution No. 322, a copy of which is attached hereto,
has been certified to the City Council of the Cltv of Redlandsand
TAMEREAS on the 1th day of 1970, notice of
Public Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts .- and
WHEREAS on this 21st day of Jul, —? 1970, the City
Council has held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the
oro.-used amendment to said General Plan� and
TAMEREAS following said Public Hearing the City Council declares
that the proposed amendment is in the interest of the public health,
safety and general welfare7 and
WHEREAS all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to
the amendment of a general plan have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Redlands

That the amendment to the General Plan adopted by the Planning
Commission in Re*Aution No. 322 shall be adopted as follows-
PO4ENDMENT NO, 12 TO THE
GENERAL PLAN OF THE C" TY OF REDLANDS
1. That a diagram entitled General Plan Street Rights-o"
Way and Pavement- Widths and identified with the index
title of GP-6, on file in the office of the Plannina
Department, is hereby adopted.
