A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 02 THE CITY OP REDLANDS
FOR ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 13 TO THE GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has pre-
parad an amendment to the General Plan and adopted such amendment in
Resolution R.P.C. No. 325 after holding a public hearing upon notice in
accordance with the Government Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS Resolution No. 325, a copy of which is attached hereto,
has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands ; ana
WHEREAS on the 11th day of 1970, notice of Public
hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts; and
WHEREAS on this l8tT day of _Npayst 1970, the City Council
has held a duly advertised Public Hearing concerned with the proposed
amendment to said General Plan; and
WHEREAS following said Public Hearing the City Council declares
that the proposed amendment is in the interest of the public health,
safety and general welfare; and
WHEREAS all of the provisions of the Government Code relating
to the amendment of a general plan have been complied with
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Redlands
That the amendment to the General Plan adopted by the Planning
Commission in Resolution No. 325 shall be adopted as follows :
AMENDMENT -NO. 13 TO THE
GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
1. That a report entitled General Plan nousing Element,
Second Phase, identified with the index title of GP-5
and on file in the office of the Planning Department of
the City of Redlands, is hereby adopted.
