FOR ADOPTION OF AONIENDMENT NO. 1-8 TO THE GENEPUAL PLAN

accordance with the Government Code, of the State of California,- and
MHEREAS Resolution No. 397, a copy of which is attached hereto,
has been certified to the City Council of the Cil of Redlands; and
WHEREAS on the 5th day of _januaryas1974, notice of

published in the Rea-lands Daily `acts; and
WHEREAS on this 15th dav of January .1 1974, the City
Councll has held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with tne '
proposed amendment to said General Plan; and
WHEREAS following said Public Hearing the City Council declares
that the
proposed amendment is in the interest of txl�e plublic health,
safety and general welfare; and
WHEREAS all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to
the amendment of a general plan have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLAIED by the City Council of the City
of Redlands;
That the amendment to the General Plan adopted by the Planning
Commission in Resolution No. 397 shall be adopted as follows:
AMENDMENT NO. 18 TO THE
GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF RED. ANrDS
1. That the amended General Plan for the City of Redlands
and a General Plan report entitled Open Space and
Conservation Elements of the General Plan, identified
with the index title of GP-10, and on file in the office
of the Planning Department, are hereby adopted,
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15th day of January, 1974.
