A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
FOR ADOPTION OF SEISMIC, NOISE, SCENIC HIGHWAY AND SAFETY
ELEMENTS TO THE REDLANDS GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, a General Plan has been adopted by the City Council
of the City of Redlands, and
WHEREAS, Section 65302 of the California Government Code re-
quires that a General Plan include Seismic, Noise, Scenic Highway
and Safety Elements, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department of the County of San
Bernardino has prepared these elements for the General Plan of
said county, based upon thorough research and analysis, and
WHEREAS, these elements have been reviewed by the Planning
Commission of the City of Redlands at public hearings held on
August 13 and September 10, 1974, and,
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of September, 1974, the City Council
held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the adoption
of these required elements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redlands :
ADOPTION OF SEISMIC, NOISE, SCENIC HIGHWAY AND
SAFETY ELEMENTS TO THE REDLANDS GENERAL PLAN
1. That the four elements, Seismic, Noise,
Scenic Highway and Safety, as prepared
and adopted by San Bernardino County, be
incorporated into the General Plan of
the City of Redlands.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this Ist day of October, 1974.
