A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLAIMS FOR
ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 35-A TO THE GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, the Planning Cortrnission of the City of Redlands
has prepared an amendment to the General Plan and adopted
such amendment in R.P.C. Resolution No. 692 after holding a
public hearing upon notice in accordance with the Government
Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, R.P.C. Resolution No. 692 has been certified to
the City Council of the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of June, 1986 , a Notice of
Public Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts; and
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of June, 1986, the City Council
has held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the
proposed amendment to the said General Plan and continued
said public hearing to this lst day of July, 1986; and
WHEREAS, following said public hearing, the City Council
declares that the proposed amendment is in the interest of
the public health, safety and general welfare; and
THHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code
relating to the amendment of the General Plan have been
complied with;
NOW, THERLFOlE, HE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Redlands:
That the amendment to the General Plan adopted by the
Planning Commission in R. P. C. Resolution No. 692 shall be
adopted as follows
AMENDMENT NO. 35-A TO THE
GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
1. Change the land use designation from Hillside
Residential District to Administrative Professional
District for approximately 2. 85 acres of property
located on the northeast corner of Ford Street and
Reservoir Canyon Road.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this lst day of July, 1986.
