A. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FOR
ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 21 TO THE GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has pre-
pared an amendment to the General Plan and adapted such amendment in
R.P.C. Resolution No. 490, after holding a public hearing upon notice
in accordance with the Government Code, State of California; and.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 490, a copy of which is attached hereto,
has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS , on the 11th day of November, 1978 , notice of Public
Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts; and
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of November, 1978 , the. City Council has
held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed
amendment to the said General Plan; and
WHEREAS, following said Public Hearing the City Council declares
that the proposed amendment is in the interest of the public health,
safety and general welfare; and
WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to
the amendment of a general plan have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands:
That the amendment to the General Plan adapted by the Planning Com-
mission in Resolution No. 490 shall be adapted as follows :
AMENDMENT NO. 21 TO THE
GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF RDLANDDS
1 . .Delete the designation of Alessandra Read as a secondary
highway extension from Alessandra Road to its intersection
with San Mated Street at Highland Avenue.
2. Designate Alessandro Read as a collector street between
Crescent Avenue and San Timateo Canyon Road.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of November, 1978 .
