A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FOR ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 8
TO THE GENERAL PLAN.
WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has prepared an amendment to
the General Plan and adopted such amendment in Resolution R.P.C. No. 190 after holding a
public hearing upon notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of Cali-
fornia; and
WHEREAS Resolution No. 190, a copy of which is attached hereto, has been certified
to the City Council of the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS on the -,2,5: day of 1963, notice of Public Hearing was published
On the Redlands Daily Facts; and
WHEREAS on this91 day of
1963, the City Council has held a duly adver-
tised public hearing Ance6ed with the p5oposed amendment to said General Plan; and
WHEREA'S fi,111owi-rig said Public Hearing the City Counuil declares that the proposed
amendment is in the interest of the public health, safety, and general welfare; and
WHEREAS all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to the amendment of
a general plan ha7s been complied with
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands;
That amendment to the General Plan adopted by the Planning Commission in Resolution
No. 190 shall be adopted as follows:
AMENDMENT TO COMPREHENSIVE LO110-TERK
GENERAL PLAN (MASTER PLAN) FOR THE CITY OF REaLANDS, CALIFORNIA
1. That a map showing the deletion of University Street as a Secondary
High and the designation of Lytle Street as a collector street
between Cypress. Avenue and Highland Avenvejohowing a Medical Com-
plex in the hospital area is an file in the office of the Planning
Department of the City of Redlands and bearing the title "Amendment
No. 8 To The General Plan of The City of Redlands" is hereby adopted.
