A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
FOR ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 32-B TO GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has
prepared an amendment to the General Plan and adopted such amendment
in R.P.C. Resolution No. 627, after holding a public hearing upon
notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of
California; and
WHEREAS, R.P.C. Resolution No. 627 has been certified to the
City Council of the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of March, 1985, a Notice of Public Hearing
was published in the Redlands Daily Facts; and
WHEREAS, on this 19th day of March, 1985 , the City Council has
held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed
amendment to the said General Plan; and
WHEREAS, following said public hearing, the City Council declares
that the proposed amendment is in the interest of the public health,
safety and general welfare; and
WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating
to the amendment of the General Plan have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Redlands:
That the amendment to the General Plan adopted by the Planning
Commission in R.P .C . Resolution No. 627 shall be adopted as
follows:
AMENDMENT NO. 32-B TO THE
GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
1 . Change the designation from Low Density Residential to Medium
Density Residential for approximately 19 acres of property
located on the south side of Lugonia Avenue, approximately
625 feet west of Wabash Avenue.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 19th day of March, 1985.

RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 32-B
TO THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
W H E R E A S on this 26th day of February, 1985, the Planning Commission of
the City of Redlands finds:
1. That approximately 19 acres of property located on the south side of Lugonia
Avenue, approximately 625 feet west of Wabash Avenue are now designated
for Low Density Residential uses.
2. That Medium Density Residential would be a reasonable and appropriate land use.
3. On the 15th day of February, 1985 a Notice of Public Hearing was published
in the Redlands Daily Facts.
u. On the 26th day of February, 1985 the Planning Commission held a duly
advertised public hearing concerning the proposed Amendment to the General
Plan.
5. All the provisions of the California Government Code relating to the
Amendment of the General Plan have been complied with.
N 0 W, T H E R E F 0 R E, B E I T R E S 0 L V E D:
A. That the Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council of
the City of Redlands, following the required public hearing, approve and
adopt Amendment No. 32-B to the General Plan of the City of Redlands.
B. That a map showing the above-referenced change on file in the City of
Redlands and bearing the title "Amendment No. 32-B to the General Plan of
the City of Redlands" is hereby recommended for adoption.
C. That a certified copy of this Resolution and related material hereby adopted
by the Planning Commission shall be transmitted to the City Council.

hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a Resolution
adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, in a regular meeting held on the 26th day of
February, 1985 and entered in the minutes of said Commission.
