A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FOR
ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 48 TO THE GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
Redlands has prepared an amendment to the General Plan and
adopted such amendment in R. P. C. Resolution No. 800 after
holding a public hearing upon notice in accordance with the
Government Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, R.P. C. Resolution No. 800 has been certified
to the City Council of the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS, on the 30th day of October, 1992 , a Notice of
Public Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts;
and
WHEREAS, following said public hearing, the City
Council declares that the proposed amendment is in the
interest of the public health, safety and general welfare;
and
WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code
relating to the amendment of the General Plan have been
complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Redlands:
That the amendment to the General Plan adopted by the
Planning Commission in R.P.C. Resolution No. 800 shall be
adopted as follows:
AMENDMENT NO. 48 TO THE
GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
Change land use designation from Urban Reserve
(Agricultural) to Commercial for 9 . 41 acres of
property located at the northwest corner of
Lugonia and Wabash Avenues.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15th day of December,
1992 .

certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by
the City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the
15th day of December, 1992 , by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Larson, Cunningham, Milson, Foster;
