HomeMy WebLinkAbout5752_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 5752 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO.65,REVISING THE OFFICIAL LAND USE MAP OF THE REDLANDS GENERAL PLAN WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has prepared an amendment to the official land use map of the Redlands General Plan after holding a public hearing upon notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California, and WHEREAS, on the 14th day of August, 2001, a Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts; and WHEREAS, following said public hearing, the City Council declares that the proposed amendment is in the interest of the public health, safety and general welfare; and WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to the amendment of the General Plan have been complied with; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands that the amendment to the General Plan shall be adopted as follows: AMENDMENT NO. 65 TO THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS Change the General Plan land use designation from Low- Density Residential (0 to 6.0 units per gross acre) to Medium- Density Residential (0 to 15.0 units per gross acre) on approximately 1.16 acres of property located on the southeast corner of San Mateo Street and Clifton Avenue, and more specifically described in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
