That portion of the south 1/2 of the alley lying
northerly of and adjacent to the west 8 1/2 inches
of lot 3, Block 7, town plat of Redlands, in the
City of Redlands, as per plat recorded in book 5
of maps, page 10, records of said County.
That defendants Gerald 0. Egan as Administrator of the estate
of J. B Feudge, deceased, Gerald 0. Egan as Administrator of the
estate of Alice R. Feudge, deceased, Gerald 0. Egan as Adminis-
trator of the estate of Henry E. Feudge, deceased, Mary E. Feudge,
Teresa A. Boggust and also all other persons unknown claiming any
right, title, estate, lien or interest in the said real property
12 adverse to plaintiff's ownership or any cloud upon plaintiff's
13 title thereto, do not have, and none of them has, any right, title,
14 estate, lien or interest whatsoever in or to the said real prop-

That the title of the plaintiff in and to the said real prop-
erty hereinabove described is good and valid and that title in the
plaintiff thereto is adjudged to be quieted against all claims and
demands of such defendants or any of them and the said defendants,
and each of them, and all persons claiming through or under them

and also any other persons unknown claiming any right, title,
estate, lien or interest in said real property adverse to said
plaintiff's ownership or any cloud upon plaintiff's title thereto
be, and they hereby are, perpetually enjoined and restrained and
debarred from asserting any claim, right, title, estate, lien or
interest in or to the said real property or any part thereof ad-
verse to the said plaintiff's ownership and asserting any cloud
upon plaintiff's title thereto.
