A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS,
CALIFORNIA, APPLYING FOR GMUTS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the California Council on Criminal Justice may
consent to review for possible funding the project submitted
by the City of Redlands, referred to as "City" .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of this
Council is directed to execute on behalf of the City, the
application for grant for law enforcement purposes and
special conditions attached thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the "City" agrees to pro-
vide the reauired matching funds to said project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that grant funds received here-
under shall not be used to supplant ongoing law enforcement
expenditures .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of March,
1972 .
