All certain portion of the North half of the West half of the West half
of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 1
South, Range 3 West, SAN BERNARDINO MERIDIAN, in the City of Redlands, said
portion described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of ORANGE STREET (State
Route 30), with the centerline of PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE, said intersection also
being the Northwest corner of said Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 22; thence South 0° 00' 18" West along the centerline of said
ORANGE STREET, (being the West line of said Northeast quarter of Section 22),
a distance of 141.85 feet; thence South 89° 59' 42" East to an intersection
with a line that is parallel with and 55.00 feet Easterly of said centerline
of ORANGE STREET; thence North 0° 00' 18" East along said parallel line a
distance of 87.40 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave South-
easterly, having a radius of 23.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along said
curve through an angle of 89° 35' 32", an arc distance of 35.96 feet to a
point of tangency with the Southerly right-of-way line of said PENNSYLVANIA
AVENUE, as shown on plat recorded in Book 4, page 51 of RECORDS OF SURVEY,
in the Office of the Recorder of said County; thence North 0° 24' 10" West,
a distance of 33.00 feet to an intersection with said centerline of
PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE (also being situated on the North line of said Southwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 22); thence South 89° 35' 50"
West along said centerline, a distance of 77.61 feet, more or less, to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
