APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT-2 --FOR GRANT
TO ACQUIRE AND/OR DEVELOP LAND FOR OPEN-SPACE PURPOSES NO. CALIF.
OSA-41 (G) BY AND BETWEEN CITY OF REDLANDS AND THE UNITED STATES
OF AMERICA
Be it resolved by the city Council of the City of Redlands
as follows:
SECTION ONE. The pending proposed Contract for Grant to Ac-
quire And/or Develop Land for Open-Space Purposes No. Calif.
OSA-41 (G) is hereby in all respects approved.
SECTION TWO. The Mayor of the City of Redlands is hereby
authorized and directed to execute Contract No. Calif. OSA-41 (G)
in two (2) counterparts on behalf of the City of Redlands and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to impress and at-
test the official seal of the Public Body on each such counter-
part and to forward such counterparts to the Department of Hous-
ing and Urban Development, for execution on behalf of the
Government together with such other documents relative to the
approval and execution of such counterparts as may be required
by the Government.
SECTION THREE. This Resolution shall take effect immediate-
ly.
Adopted this 21st day of March o 1967 .
