This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of historical
preservation consulting services ("Agreement"), dated October 19, 2022, by and between the City
of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Historic Resources
Group, LLC, a limited liability corporation ("Consultant"), is made and entered on April 4, 2023.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to extend the time for completion of the services to June 1, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.1 of the Agreement, entitled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"4.1 Consultant shall perform and complete the Services on the Effective Date of this
Agreement and complete the Services by June 1, 2023, unless the Services are terminated earlier
as provide for herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
retroactively as of January 1, 2023.
