This first amendment ("First Amendment') to the agreement for the provision of
professional engineering services ("Agreement'), dated January 18, 2022, by and between the City
of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Carollo Engineers, Inc.
A Delaware Corporation ("Consultant'), is made and entered into this 20'' day of June, 2023.

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically Article 4.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.2 of the Agreement, titled "Article 4 - Performance of Services," is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"4.2 The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of twenty-four (24) months from
the Effective Date of this Agreement, unless terminated earlier as provided herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of June 20, 2023.
