A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFOI�LNIA,
APPLYING FOR A FEDERAL LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION GRANT FOR SWIMMING
POOL RENOVATION PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the California Department of Parks and Recreation may consider
the possible funding of a swimming pool renovation project for the City
of Redlands, referred to as "City" .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager of the City of
Redlands is directed to execute and submit to the California Department
of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the "City" , an application for
grant for swimming pool renovation purposes .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event the California Department of
Parks and Recreation consents to fund the above project, the "City"
designates the City Manager to execute on behalf of the "City" the
contract for the grant for swimming pool renovation purposes .
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that the applicant agrees to provide funds as
required for said project, subject to reimbursement as specified in
an approved Grant.
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that "City" certifies that it meets the planning
requirements and that the project is compatible with the land use plans
of those jurisdictions immediately surrounding the project.

adopted by the City of Redlands in a meeting thereof held on June 20,
1972, by the following vote:
