A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RE )LANDS
ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS FOR THE PEARL STREET RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands desires to extend Pearl Street
from Orange Street to Sixth Street; and
WHEREAS, the Dill family has agreed to sell to the City
certain right of way for the extension of this street;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Redlands that the grant deeds from the Dill family for the
Pearl Street right of way, attached hereto as Exhibit A, are
accepted in accordance with the escrow agreement for said prop-
erty, designated Escrow No. 48-1050-N at the Bank of California,
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of June, 1972 .
