A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ACCEPTING
A PLANNING GRANT OFFER AND AUTHORTIING AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION
OF THE PLANNING GRANT AGREEMENT BETE
WEEN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
AND THE CITY OF REDLANDS FOR THE PREPARATION OF AN AIRPORT MASTER
PLAN FOR REDLANDS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT , REDLANDS , CALIFORNIA, PROJECT
O. A-06-0195 -01 , DATED NOVEMBER 2 , 1979 .
NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands
as follows :
1 . That the City of Redlands enter into an agreement with the
United States of America called the Planning Grant Agreement
for the purpose of accepting the planning grant offer with the
maximum obligation of the United States payable under this
offer set at $28 , 200 ; and
2 . That the Mavor of the City of Redlands is hereby authorized
and directed to execute the Planning Grant agreement on behalf
of the City of Redlands , and the City Clerk of the City of
Redlands is hereby authorized and directed to attest the sig-
nature of the Mayor and to impress the official seal of the
City of Redlands on said Planning Grant Agreement at the place
marked "Seal" ; and
3. A true copy of the Planning0 Grant Agreement referred to herein
is attached hereto and made a part thereof,
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of November , 1979 .
