A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ACCEPTING
A GRANT OFFER FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA UNDER THE AIRPORT
DEVELOPMENT AID PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
GRANT OFFER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands anticipates receiving a grant
offer from the United States of America under the Airport Develop-
ment Aid Program in the amount of $552 , 000 . 00 for the development
of Redlands Municipal Airport in conformance with the Master Plan
for the airport; and
WHEREAS, the Airport Advisory Board has recommended that the
City proceed with the safety improvement and land acquisition
projects in conformance with the Master Plan;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Redlands accepts the grant offer from the United States of
America under the Airport Development Aid Program in the amount
of $552, 000 . 00 for the development of Redlands Municipal Airport
in conformance with the Master Plan for the airport; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is authorized to sign
the grant offer on behalf of the City of Redlands .
