RESOLUTION OF THE CITE' OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
GRAFT OFFER OF THE UNITED ,STATES OF AMERICA THROUGH THE FEDERAL
AVIATION AGENCY'' IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $126, 630.00 TO BE USED
UNDER PROJECT NO. 7-06-0195-02 IN THE IMPROVEMENT OF REDLANDS
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands, California, as follows:
Section 1. . That the City of Redlands shall accept the Grant
Offer of the United States of America in the amount of $126, 630.00
for the purpose of obtaining Federal Arid under Project No, 7-06-
0195-02 for the improvement of Redlands Municipal Airport; and
Section 2. That the Mayor of the City of Redlands is hereby
authorized and directed to sign the statement of acceptance of
said Grant Offer (entitled Part II - Acceptance) on behalf of the
City of Redlands, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to attest the signature of the Mayor and to impress the
official seal of the City of Redlands on the aforesaid statement
of acceptance; and
Section 3 . A true copy of the Grant Offer referred to herein
is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

copy of Resolution No. 3125 adopted at a regular meeting of the
