RESOLU`T`ION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE GRANT
OFFER OF THE UNITED S'T'ATES OF AMERICA THROUGH THE FEDERAL .AVIATION
AGENCY IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $144, 112.00 TO BE USED UNDER PROJECT
NO. 7-06--0195-01, IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF REDLANDS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the City Council of the City of
Redlands, California, as follows :
Section 1. That the City of Redlands shall accept the Grant Offer
sof the United. States of America in the amount sof $144, 112 .00 for the
purpose of obtaining Federal. Aid under Project No. 7-06-0195-01 in the
development of Redlands Municipal Airport; and
Section 2. That the Mayor of the City of Redlands is hereby autho-
rized and directed to sign the statement of Acceptance of said, Grant
Offer (entitled Part. II, Acceptance) on behalf of the City of Redlands,
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest the sig-
nature of the Mayor and to impress the official seal of the City of
Redlands on the aforesaid statement of Acceptance, and
Section 3 . A true copy of the Grant Offer referred to herein is
attached hereto and made a part hereof_
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 29th day of June, 1973 .
