A resolution concerning an easement for the construction maintenance
and operation of water lines, valves and fittings over and across that
portion of the NWZ-' of Section 1. T2S, Url, City of Redlands. County of
San Bernardino, State of California.
REZOLIVE D by he City Council of the City of -Redlands, California,
that an easement for construction, maintenance and operation of water
lines, valves and fittings over and across that portion of the NW,1- Of
Section 11 T23, R31W� City of Redlands, County of 'Dan Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:
A strip of land 5 feet in width,, the southerly line being described
as folloWs: Beginning at a point in the east line of Ford Street (30 feet
wide),, said point being distant 891-04 feet and bearing So 104,31 E from a
point in the north line of Section 'I., T2S, R3W, S.E.M., said last mentioned
point being distant 15 feet East of the N W Corner of said section; thence
3 W131 E 262.1-1 feet; thence S 620481 E 6o feet t.0 a point in the easterly
terminus of said southerly 1-..ne
has been offered by H.H. Ford, Jr., Trustee for Olive A Ford, GRUNTOR,
to the City of Redlands, GRANTEE, said instrument being dated June 29th,
1956 and attqched hereto;
BE AIZID THE SAXE IS !1ERE BY ACCEPTED, and
BE IT FURTHER 'RESOL"FIED AND ORDERED that the Kayor and the City Manager
of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized., empowered and directed to
accept said easement on behalf of the said City of Redlands.
