A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
PROVIDING FOR AUTHORIZED SIGNERS ON ALL ACCOUNTS HELD WITH
U.S. BANK, N.A. AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 8279
WHEREAS, U.S. Bank, N.A. is the authorized depository of City funds; and WHEREAS,
U.S. Bank, N.A. requires a resolution by the City Council of the City of
Redlands authorizing designated account signers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following City Officers and staff shall be the authorized signers on all
City accounts, warrants, checks or orders with U.S. Bank, N.A.:
• Phillip Doolittle, City Treasurer
• Danielle Garcia, Management Services/Finance Director
• James Garland, Assistant Finance Director
• Aimee Hoover, Revenue Supervisor
Section 2. That Resolution No. 8279 is hereby rescinded.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of July, 2023.
