the grant: by easement of real property in the City of Redlands, County of

May 24, 1960 and a 4tached hereto, said property including:

Ranch, as per map recorded in Book 6, page 19, of Ilaps,, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County.. uhich lies within a strip of lw-id,

with the Southerly line of Citrus Avenue, as saw is sho , 80 .deet wide,
on said reap of The Barton Ranch.
