RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA,

SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY
RESOLVED: that the City Council of the City of Redlands, California, has
received from the SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY, a Grant of Easement in the City of
Redlandsj, County of San Bernardino, State of California,, said easemEnt dated
January 17 9 19611,, and described as follows-,
The Railroad hereby grants to the Grantee the right to construct, reconstruct,,
taintain and operate one (1) 12" diameter 14-gauge corrugated metal drain pipe,
hereinafter termed "structure,," beneath the tracks and property of the Rail-
road at Judson Street in Redlands, in the County of San Bernardino., State of
California, crossing the center line of Railroad9s tracks at Engineer Station
Station 256 73.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor or the City Manager of
the City of Redlands is hereby authorized, empowered and disrected to accept said
grant of easement on behalf of the City of Redlands
