RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands; Californiag hae
received from ROBERT C. GEORGE & SHIRLEY S. GEORGE and Ebl.,VARD T4. AMD_'MS0N &
ANTOINETTE vi® ANDERSON, the grant of real property by Grant Dead in the City of
Redlatids, County of San Bernardino,, State est` California,� as described in the dead
dated July 30, 1960, and attached hereto, said property including-.
All that portion of Lot 21, of Sunset Heights, in the City of Redlanda*
County of San Bernardino, State of C"alifornia, as per plat recorded in
Book 15 of -Maps, pages 51 and 529 records of said County, and all that
portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 1. Township 2 South, Range 3
West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, accorddlng to Goverment Sur7ey,
described as a whole as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 21; thence North 840 541
