RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS FRO11: BMI FV D3,
INC.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, California, has re-
ceived from Bn FUNDS, INC. , the grant by Easement of real property in the City of
Redlandat County of San Bernardino, State of California, as described in the Ease-
meat dated March 21, 1960 and attached hereto$ said property including:
A portion of land of Parcel 19 and 20 in the County of San Bernardino, State
of California in the southwest quarter of Section 21, Township 1, Range 3
Westf San Bernardino Base and Meridian, as per plat recorded in Book 4628 of
Mapat Page I -and 22, records of said County described as follows
Being a strip of land 12 feet In width lying along the southwesterly line
of Parcel 19 and 20 and being also northeasterly of and adjacent to the
northeasterly line of the existing 50 foot wide northeast right-of-way of
the A.T. & S.F. Railroadt extending from the east line of
Alabama Street, a street of 68.6 feet$ right-of-way to the north right-
of-way line of Colton Avenue, a street of 82-50 fevet right-of-way.
BE AND THE SA14E IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, AND
BE IT FURTIER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor or the City Manager of
the City of Redlands is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to accept '.4aid
grant on behalf of said Ci,.'-,Y of Redlandso
