March 7 , 1960, as follows .- All that portion of the. Northeast 114 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, ` owship I Sotth, Range 3 West, SAN BERNARDINO BASE AND MERIADIAN, in the City of Redlands, according to Ger,rernment Survey, described as follows.- BEGINNING oll.o snBEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Northeast 114 of the Southeast 114 of Section 22, said point of beginning lies on the center line intersection of 66 foot wide Church Street and: 66 foot wide Brockton Avenue; thence along the centerline of said Church Street, North 322.56 feet (326 feet record) to an iron pipe, said pipe lies South 990.00 feet from the Northeast corner of Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22; thence South 890 35' 30" West 823. 30 feet (823. 16 feet record) to a Paint on East line of Feat 493 feet of said Northeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Section ; thence along said line South 321. 37 feet (320 feet regard) to a point on. South lane of said Northeast 1./I4 of Southeast 114 of Section 22; thence along said line, North 90 434 30" East 823. 30 feet (823, 16 feet record) to a point of begin- ning.
