RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF REDLANDS
TO CALIFORNIA WATER AND TELEPHONE COMPANY, A CORPORATION.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands,
California, does hereby:
1 . Convey, transfer, and demise by grant deed to the
California Water and Telephone Company, a corporation, of real pro-
perty in the City of Redlands., County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
That portion of the North 1/2 of an alley 15 feet in
width in the City of Redlands, as shown on the map of
Park Addition recorded in Book 15 of Maps, Page 61,
records of said County, lying between the North line
of Lot 8 and its Easterly extension, and the South
line of lots 7, 6, 5, and 4 and its easterly exten-
sion in said Park Addition and between the Easterly
line of 50 foot wide Fourth Street and the Westerly
line of Lot 1 of said Park Addition.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized, empowered
and directed to execute said grant deed on behalf of the city of
Redlands.
