RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands,
California, that the grant of Lot Eleven ( 11 ) of the Pirst Addition
of the MAP OF LADD' S SUBDIVISION, in the City of Redlands , has been
offered b7 CELIA P. CHACE, qrantor, to the CITY OF REDLANDS , Grantee ;
said granting instrument being dated April 13 , 1956 ; and attached
hereto ;
BE AND THE SAME TS HEREBY ACCEPTED, and
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor and the
City Manager of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized, em-
powered and directed to accept said grant on behalf of the said
City of Redlands.
