RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF REDLANDS TO THE
COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, California,
does hereby-.
1. Convey, transfer, and demise by grant deed to the County of San
Bernardino, a municipal corporation, of real property in the City of Redlands,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows;
PARCEL 1. That portion of Lot 79 Stone's Subdivision, in the City
of Redlands, as per plat recorded in Book 5 of Maps, Page 37,, records of
said County, described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northerly corner of
the Easterly lane of Lot 1, Block "C", Feller., Pratt and. Kendall Subdi-
vision; thence along the East line of Lot 1, 97,1 feet; thence Forth �5" 31
East 88.3 feet to First Street; thence North 62° 471 Westerly on the South-
westerly line of First Street; 25.83 to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2. Lot lg Block "C", Feller., Pratt and Kendall Subdivision,
in the City of Redlands, as per plat recorded in Book 5 of Maps, Page 22,
records of said County. EXCEPT the following: BEGINNING at the Northeast
corner of said Lot; thence South along along the East line 26.70 feet;
thence Northwesterly 53.97 feet to the point on the North line of said Lot;
thence along said North line .Easterly 46.90 feet to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the
City of Redlands are hereby authorized; empowered and directed to execute said
grant deed on behalf of the City of Redlands.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of April, 1961.
