RESOLVEDO* that the City Council of the City of Redlands ,
has received from CILBERT Co CURRY; the grant of real property
by Grant Deed in the City of Recd ata ds, County of San Bernardino,
:Mate of California, as described in the deed dated. November 4,
1960, and attached hereto,, said property for street purposes and
including
Lot "A”, of Tract No. 5281, in the City of Redlands ,
Cotmty of San Bernardino, Mate of California, as
per plat recorded in Book 79 of Maps, page 30, records
of said County.
RE ANIS THE SAI& IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, and
HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED ANIS ORDERED that the. Mayor or the
City Manager of the City of Redlands is hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to accept said grant on behalf of said
City of Redlands.
