RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS FROM:
FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE, a corporation.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, California,
has received from FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE, a corporation, the grant
of real property by Grant Deed in the City of Redlands , County of San Ber-
nardino, State of California, as described in the deed dated February 25, 1960
and attached hereto, said property including:
All that portion of Lots 8 and 9, flap of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, Block XXX,
Redlands Survey, in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 8 of daps , page 29,
records of said County, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the North line of 60 foot wide Citrus
Avenue with the East line of 60 foot wide Grove Street; thence along
said East line of Grove Street, North 00 09' 30" west 27.13 feet to
the beginning of a curve, concave to the Northeast and whose radius if
13.00 feet, and whose initial tangent bears South 00 091 30" East;
thence Southeasterly along said curve 20.55 feet and through a central
angle of 900 351 20" to a point on a line which. is 44.00 feet Northerly
of and parallel with the center line of said Citrus Avenue; thence along
said line North 890 15 ' 10" ,East 464 feet, more or less , to a point on
the Northeasterly line of aforesaid Lot 9, in the center line of an
existing storm water ditch; thence Southeasterly along said center line
18 feet, more or less , to a point on the aforesaid Northerly line of
Citrus Avenue; thence along said line Soath 890 15' 10" Fest 489 feet,
more or less , to the point of beginning.
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, and
BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor or the City Manager of
the City of Redlands is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to accept
said grant on behalf of said City of Redlands.
