RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT UF REAL. PROPERTY TO TIE CITY OF
REDLANDS FROM FRED W. MElOR AND MARGARET E. HEYER.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands ,
California, has received from Fred W. Meyer and Margaret E. Weyer
the grant of real property in tie City of Redlands, County of
ban Bernardino, State of California, as described in tine grant
deed dated - - 51VA: and attac ied hereto, said
property including:
All that portion of the Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 22, Township 1 South, Range 3 Wiest, SAN
BERNARDINO BASE AND MERIDIAN, according to Govern-
ment Survey.
BE AND THE 6AKE IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, and
BE IT FURTHER RESUGVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor and
the City Clerk of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to accept said grant on behalf of the said
City of Redlands.
