RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS

PEARL J. JOHNSEN
RESOLVED: that the City Council of the City of Redlands, California,
has received from PEARL J. JOHNSEN; the grant of real property by Grant
Deed in the City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino, State of Calif—
ornia, as described in the deed dated October 25 , 1960, and attached
hereto , said property for street purposes and including:
All of that portion of Lot 1 , Block 36 of the Map of West Red—
lands, as per plat recorded in Book 9 of Maps , page 22 , records
of said County, described as follows:
BEGTNNING at the most Southerly corner of said Lot 1, being the
intersection of the Northwesterly line of 100 foot wide Cypress
Avenue and the Easterly line of 60 foot wide Sunnyside Avenue;
thence North 150 03 ' West 56 . 70 feet along the said Easterly
line of Sunnyside Avenue; thence South 280 24 ' 30" East 39.89
feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the North whose
radius is 12.83 feet; thence Southeasterly along said curve
21. 33 feet through a central angel of 950 15 ' 30" to a point in
the said Northwesterly line of Cypress Avenue; thence South 560
201 West 27 .22 feet along the said Northwesterly line of Cypress
Avenue to the point of beginning.
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor or the City Mana—
ger of the City of Redlands is hereby authorized, empowered and directed
to accept said grant on behalf of said City of Redlands .
