RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlandso California, hao
received 4from JULIA LEDERER9 the grant of real Droperty by Graat Deed in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as described
in the deed dated July 21, 19600 and attached hereto, said property including;
An Easement 10 feet in wid'"h lying within the Southerly half of
Laurel Avenue; as shown by the INIap of West Redlands, as per plat
recorded in Book 9 of Maps, Page 221, records of said. County and
vacated by Resol-ation No. 330 by the City of Redlands, the center-
line of said Easement being desoribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point obi the centerline of said Laurel Avenue
South 56* 2W 2019 West 487.65 feet from the centerline inter-
se tion of San Mateo Street and said canterline; thence South
10 13, 6" West 32.38 feet-
