RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY" TO THE CITY OF REDLALNDS

RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands,
Californias has received from Margaret V. Murphey, the grant of
real property by GRANT Deed in the City of Redlands, County of San
Aernardino, State of California, as described in the deed dated

in Boob 3 of Maps, page 14, records of ,San Bernardino County, State of
California, described as fellows:
BEGINNING at a point on the West line of said Lot 4, 6outh 10 321 West
365.0 feet from the Northwest corner thereof, said corner being in the
center line of Mill Creek Road; thence North 890 351 East 202, 6 feet;
thence South 10 271 30" West 85.00 feet; thence South 890 '351 West 202;77 .
feet to a point in the West line of said Lot 4; thence along said West
line of Lot 4 North 10 321 East 85.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Also reserving an easement for road purposes being the East 15 feet of the
above described property.
Also the right of ingress and egress over a 30 foot road easement lying
15 feet on each side of the following described line:
