Whereas Leigh W. Ni*k$r80n and Mabel W. Niraker scan laa-vo
offered to purohase the hereinafter described real property

owned by the City of Redlands, for the sum of $650000., and

Whereas the City Oouuoil is of the opinion that said offer
should be aocoptoA and the City sell and convey the said

property to said parties for said sum, and that the City pay
