RESOLUTICUT CaXERNING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM RALPH A. NICHOLS AND EMIL S. NICHOLS.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, California, has

received the grant from the Grantors, RALPH A. NICHOLS and ZDNA S. NICHOT.5 as joint
tenants, of a right of way easement for equestrian use as a bridle path only., over,,
upon and across a -ten foot wide strip of land in Lot XXV, according to Craft's
Map of Redlands Heights., in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, as per plat recorded in Book 11 of Maps, page 16, records of said
County; said ten foot wide strip lying contiguous to and northerly of the entire

southerly line of said lot, as said line extends from Daisy Avenue to Marvin
Avenue, as shown on said map.
BE AND THE SAME IS HEIIEBY ACCEPTED, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AM ORDERED that the Mayor and the City Clerk of
the City of Redlands are hereby authorized,, empowered and directed to accept said
grant on behalf of the said City of Redlands.
