RES07LUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS FROM:
Redlands Plaza Company.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands , California,
has received from Redlands Plaza Company, the grant of real property by
Grant Deed in the City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino , State of

California, as described in the deed dated and
attached hereto , said property including:
An easement for drainage purposes , over and across that portion of
Lots 2 and 7 , Block E, Second Preliminary Map of Redlands , as per Plat re-
corded in Book 5 of Maps , Page 2 , Records of San Bernardino County, in the
State of California, said easement being 20 feet in width, lying 10 feet on
each side of the following described centerline :
Beginning at a point on the Southeasterly line of Cypress Avenue ,
100 feet wide , that is North 5611781511 East along said Southeasterly line
329 . 95 feet from its intersection with the Southwesterly "Line of said Lot
7 ; thence along a curve concave to the west, from an initial tangent bearing
South 3301013311 East , with a radius of 200.00 feet, through a central angle
of 61021148" , a distance of 214. 20 feet ; thence South 28111 ' 15 " West 1119 . 07
feet ; thence along a tangent curve concave to the East, with a radius of
200. 00 feet, through a central angle of 61'5215311 a distance of 215095 feet
to a point in a line parallel to and distant 15 . 00 feet Northeasterly from
the Southwesterly line of said Lots 7 and 2 ; thence South 37JO41 ' 3811 East
along said parallel line 501. 52 feet ; thence along a tangent curve concave
to the Southwest , with a radius of 100.00 feet , through a central angle of
20'4711511 a distance of 36 . 28 feet ; thence South 12*54123" West, 5 . 58 feet ;
thence along a tangent curve concave to the Northeast , with a radius of
100.00 feet , through a central angle 20'47 ' 15" , a distance of 36 .28 feet

BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, AND
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor or the City
Manager of the City of Redlands is hereby authorized , empowered and directed
to accept said grant on behalf of the said City of Redlands ,
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED is day 1958.
