RESOLUTION NO. 213-6, a resolution of the City of Redlands concernIng a grant of
real property to -the City of Redlands ft= the Redlands School District of
San Bernardino County,
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Red-lands, California, has
received from the Redlands School District of San Bernardino County the
grant of real property by Grant Deed in the City of Redlands, County of
San Bernardino,, State of California, as described by said deed dated
July 119 1961, said property for street purposes and described as follows-,
All of that portion of Lot 11 and Lot 12 of Siefthgs Subdivision
No. 3 in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino., State.
of California as per plat recorded in Book 12 of Maps., Page 33p
records of said County_, described as followss.
Commencing at the centerline intersection of 60-foot wide Ivy
Street and 60--foot wide Bur gis Street as shown on said map,, thence
along said centerline of Burgis Street north 14'0 Olu west 30 feet
to the northerly right-of-way Idne of 17ry Streety thence north
750 59v east 6.06 feet along said northerly line to the true point
of beginning; thence westerly along a curve of 70-foot radius
concave to -',-,he south through an included angle of 410 429 35" a
distance of 50.96 feet, thence south 65® 169 50" west 37.89 feet,
thence along a tangent curve of 100-foot radius concave to the
northwest through an included angle of 10'0 L-20 1011 a distance of
18.68 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of Ivy
Street, thence along said northerly right-Of-Way line of ivy Street
south 715' 59' east 1,04.86 feet to the true point of beginning.
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor or the City Manager of the
City of Redlands is hereby authorized,, empowered and directed to accept said
grant on behalf of the City of Redlands* .
