by Grant Deed in the City of Redlands, County of San
Lev ar ino# State of California, as described in the deed dated
July 16.__1257 and attached hereto t said, property in-
cluding:
All that portion of Lots 1 and 2, Block 50, Map No. 9
of a portion of Redlands Heights, in the City of Red--
lands, County of San Berna.rdin.o# State of California,
as per plat recorded in Book 16 of Maps, page 29,
records of said County, described as follows :
BEGINNING at the most Southeasterly corner of said
Lot I on the Northeasterly line of 30 foot wide Knoll
Road; thence along said line, North 72° 40' West 134.88
feet; thence North 21° 35 ' 45" East 15.04 feet; thence
South 720 40' East 132.00 feet; thence South 10° 381
West 15.10 feet to the paint of beginning.
BE AND THE SADIE TO HEREBY ACCEPTED, AND
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED .AND ORDERED that the Mayor and
the City Clerk of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized, em-
powered and directed to accept said grant on behalf of the said
City of Redlands.
