RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF REDLANDS TO
THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC CORPANY, A CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlandsp California,,
does hereby conveyg transfer, and demise by Quitclaim Deed to the
Southern Pacific Company, a corporation of the State of Delaware, of real
property in the City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows.
All that portion of First Street (formerly Lugonia Street),
50 feet in width,, including a portion of vacated Redlands
Avenue, as shown on map of a portion of Rancho San Bernardino,
in the City of Redlandsq County of San Bernardino, State of
California, as per plat recorded in Book 7, Page 2 of Maps,
records of said County, which lies between the northerly line
of West Central Avenue,, (92 feet wide) , and a line which is
parallel with and distant southerly 25 feet from the northerly
line of Block B of said portion of the Rancho San Bernardino,
and the westerly prolongation thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor and the City Clerk
of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized, empowered and directed

to execute said Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the City of Redlands.
