RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS FROMs
D. LOWELL WELLS and DORIS E� WELLS, husband and wife.
RESOLVED that the City Counoil of the City of Redlandsp California, has
received from D. LOWELL WELLS and DORIS & WELLS, husband and wife, the grant
of real property by Grant Deed in the City of Redlandsp County of San Bernar-
dino, State of California,, as described in the deed dated February 2, 1960
and, attached hereto, said property including.-
All that portion of Lot 1, in the G. Huizing Subdivision, in the City
of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat
recorded in Book 19 of Maps, page 559 records of said Countyq and all
that portion of Lot 7. Block XXXIII Second Preliminary Map of Redlands,
as per plat recorded in Book 5 of Maps, page 2, records of said Countyp
described as a whole as followsBEGINNING at the centerline intersec-
tion of 60 foot wide Citrus Avenue and 70 foot wide University Streets

30 feet to the true point of beginning, thence north 890 28' 30" east

ance of 25*93 feet to a point on a line which is parallel with and 5 feet
easterly of the eaat line of 70 foot wide University Street, thence along

BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY ACCEP1ED9 and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor or the City Manager of the
City of Redlands ie hereby authorized, empowered and directed to accept said grant
on behald of said City of Redlands.
